You have two hours after placing your order to make changes. Please send an email to heythere@mimconcept.com to make changes.

Note: Editing your order may change the estimated arrival date of your furniture.

You have up to 24 hours to cancel your order after it has been placed. Please send an email to heythere@mimconcept.com to cancel.

Your order will take 1-2 business days to process. Once your order processes and your furniture leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with shipment confirmation and a tracking details.

No problem, we accept returns in 45 days since the day you receive the furniture.

Any returns or exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

Yes, for orders within the Greater Toronto Areas, our in-house delivery team will contact you to schedule delivery appointments.

For other locations, unfortunately, we are unable to hold delivery for a specific date. All orders arrive via LTL ground delivery.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the Greater Toronto Areas; and orders more than $1800 using standard delivery when you sign up to our newsletter. For orders $1799 and less, we offer flat rate shipping $99.

An expedited option is available, with a cost that is calculated during checkout.

All orders ship from Mim furniture warehouse in Mississauga, Canada. About 30 minutes away from Toronto.

Order online and you are more than welcome to collect from our warehouse at 3135 Universal Dr Unit 12, Mississauga, ON L4X 2E6. We ask after order to please contact us via email to schedule a pick up date and time.

Chair orders: will come with 2 chairs per box.

Bed orders: will come in 3 boxes per bed.

We deliver to your door, but we don’t offer white glove service at this time. If you’re ordering a bed, we recommend asking a friend for help getting your boxes into your bedroom.
