Looking for more information about your order or wish to edit an existing order? Here are a few frequently asked questions to help.

If you’re in Toronto or the GTA, please visit our furniture warehouse. Otherwise, please contact us, we will be happy to schedule a video call for you to view our furniture.

You have two hours after placing your order to make changes. Please send an email to heythere@mimconcept.com to make changes.

Note: Editing your order may change the estimated arrival date of your furniture.

You have up to 24 hours to cancel your order after it has been placed. Please send an email to heythere@mimconcept.com to cancel.

Your order will take 1-2 business days to process. Once your order processes and your furniture leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with shipment confirmation and a tracking details.

No problem, we accept returns in 45 days since the day you receive the furniture.

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold delivery for a specific date. All orders arrive via UPS or FedEx ground delivery.

We offer free shipping on all orders to Canada using standard delivery when you sign up to our newsletter. An expedited option is available, with a cost that is calculated during checkout.

All orders ship from Mim furniture warehouse in Mississauga, Canada. About 30 minutes away from Toronto.

Yes we do. Orders shipped to the USA are not charged Canadian taxes, but they are subject to import duties, taxes and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for these additional fees. Mim Concept advises to check with your local custom office for more information and rates.

Unfortunately, we only ship within the continental of Canada and US for now. Stay in touch, we are working on it.

Order online and you are more than welcome to collect from our warehouse at 3135 Universal Dr Unit 23, Mississauga, ON L4X 2E6. We ask after order to please contact us via email to schedule a pick up date and time. On your arrival to collect your order we will pass back to you 10% of the purchase value in cash or cheque.

Chair, nightstand and table orders: will arrive in one box.

Chair orders: will come with 2 chairs per box.

Bed orders: will come in 3 boxes per bed.

We deliver to your door, but we don’t offer white glove service at this time. If you’re ordering Joey bed, we recommend asking a friend for help getting your boxes into your bedroom.
