At Mim, we are committed to crafting the highest quality furniture for our customers. To uphold this promise, we offer a generous warranty policy for our products. By purchasing from Mim, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Warranty Policy.

2. Five-Year Warranty on Wooden Frames (Structures)

We provide a Five-Year Warranty on the wooden frames or structures of our furniture products. If a wooden frame or structure breaks or becomes unusable due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge within 5 years. We do not cover shipping/ transportation cost of any replacement parts.

Exceptions to the Lifetime Warranty on Wooden Frames:

• Damage caused by dropping the furniture.
• Scratches or superficial damage.
• Wear and tear over time.
• Water damage or exposure to excessive moisture.
• Any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence.
• Any modifications or repairs not performed by Mim or its authorized agents.

3. Three-Year Warranty on Leather, Foams, and Seats

Our leather, foams, and seats are covered by a Three-Year Warranty. If these components of your furniture fail due to manufacturing defects within three years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace them free of charge.

Exceptions to the Three-Year Warranty on Leather, Foams, and Seats:

• Normal wear and tear over time.
• Scratches, cuts, or damage from sharp objects.
• Exposure to chemicals, solvents, liquids, or any other substance that may harm the material.
• Any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence.
• Any modifications or repairs not performed by Mim or its authorized agents.

4. Claims Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim:

• Contact our customer service team with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs.
• Our team will evaluate the claim and provide further instructions.

5. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product. Mim reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim if the product was not used as intended or if the damage is deemed outside of our warranty coverage.

6. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage due to natural disasters, acts of God, commercial use, or any use not in accordance with the product’s care and maintenance instructions.

7. Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by law, Mim makes no other warranties, express or implied, beyond what is contained in this warranty policy. Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product, and in no case will we be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
