Mid Century Modern Furniture - Orders

Looking for more information about your mid century modern furniture order or wish to edit an existing order? Here are a few frequently asked questions to help.

If you’re in Toronto or the GTA, please visit our furniture warehouse. Our warehouse is open by appointment. Please schedule an appointment .Otherwise, please contact us, we will be happy to schedule a video call for you to view our furniture.

You have two hours after placing your order to make changes. Please send an email to heythere@mimconcept.com to make changes.

Note: Editing your order may change the estimated arrival date of your furniture.

You have up to 24 hours to cancel your order after it has been placed. Please send an email to heythere@mimconcept.com to cancel.

Your order will take 1-2 business days to process. Once your order processes and your furniture leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with shipment confirmation and a tracking details.

No problem, we accept returns in 45 days since the day you receive the furniture.

Any returns or exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

Yes, for orders within the Greater Toronto Areas, our in-house delivery team will contact you to schedule delivery appointments.

For other locations, unfortunately, we are unable to hold delivery for a specific date. All orders arrive via LTL ground delivery.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the Greater Toronto Areas; and orders more than $2999 using standard delivery. For orders $2999 and less, we offer flat rate shipping $99.

All orders ship from Mim furniture warehouse in Mississauga, Canada. About 30 minutes away from Toronto.

Yes, we are proud to offer cross-border shipping to NY, MI, IL, OH, PA, WI, MN, NJ, CA & TX! At Mim Concept, we use Less-than-Container Load (LCL) shipping to make sure your furniture arrives safely and efficiently, no matter the size of your order.

To make the process hassle-free, we cover the cost of customs duties. Once your shipment crosses the border, you’ll just need to provide your information to complete the customs clearance process. We’ll guide you every step of the way to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Order online and you are more than welcome to collect from our warehouse at 3135 Universal Dr Unit 12, Mississauga, ON L4X 2E6. We ask after order to please contact us via email to schedule a pick up date and time.

Your furniture will arrive on a secure pallet to ensure everything is protected during transit. Once it reaches you, simply cut off the straps and transfer each box inside. Don’t worry—every box is designed to fit through standard doors and elevators, making the process smooth and easy.

However, moving furniture can be a bit of a team effort, so we recommend having some extra help on hand—whether that’s friends, family, neighbors, or your ex (maybe not), but you get the idea! We want to make sure your delivery day goes as smoothly as possible.

We don’t offer white glove service at this time. If you’re ordering a bed, we recommend asking a friend for help getting your boxes into your home.
